Die Fachtagung widmete sich dem Thema "Online-Guidance - Beziehungsgestaltung in digitalen Settings". Während der Pandemie und auch auf Grund der sozioökonomischen Auswirkungen von COVID-19 ist der Bedarf an Bildungs- und Berufsberatung, die für alle zugänglich ist, gestiegen. Was können Online-Berater/innen an Beziehung anbieten und wo sind Grenzen?
Im Rahmen der Euroguidance Fachtagung 2022 führte Cynthia Harrison (Cedefop) mit ihrem Key Note Beitrag "Digital developments in Lifelong Guidance" ins Thema ein, gefolgt von Stefan Kühne, der Chancen und Grenzen der Beziehungsgestaltung im digitalen Setting diskutierte.
Impulse gaben zudem Praxisbeispiele aus Österreich und Estland.
In vier parallelen Workshops wurde der Austausch zum Thema vertieft.
Ein Erasmus+ Corner und eine Projektausstellung boten vor Ort die Gelegenheit, Erasmus+ Projekte kennen zu lernen und Projektideen zu entwickeln.
Die Euroguidance Fachtagung fand heuer im Rahmen des von Cedefop, Europäischer Kommission, ETF, ILO, OECD, UNESCO und Weltbank ausgerufenen „Global Careers Month“ hybrid statt, die plenaren Vorträge am Vormittag wurden für das Publikum in Europa gestreamt.
Im Rahmen der Veranstaltung wurde zudem das 30-jährige Jubiläum des Euroguidance-Netzwerks sowie 25 Jahre Euroguidance Österreich gefeiert.

Review Euroguidance Conference 2022
The conference was dedicated to the topic "Online Guidance - Building Relationships in Digital Settings ". During the pandemic and also due to the socio-economic impact of COVID-19, the need for educational and career guidance accessible to all has increased. What can online counselors offer in terms of relationship and what are the limits?
Cynthia Harrison (Cedefop) introduced the topic with her key note contribution "Digital developments in Lifelong Guidance", followed by Stefan Kühne, who discussed the opportunities and limits of relationship building in the digital setting.
Practical examples from Austria and Estonia also provided impetus.
The exchange on the topic was deepened in four parallel workshops.
Throughout the event, a project exhibition and an Erasmus+ Corner provided an opportunity to get to know projects and develop project ideas.
This year's hybrid Euroguidance conference was part of the "Global Careers Month", a joint effort of Cedefop, the European Commission, ETF, ILO, OECD, UNESCO and the World Bank. The plenary lectures in the morning were streamed for the European audience.
The event celebrated the 30th anniversary of the Euroguidance network and 25 years of Euroguidance Austria.
