The OeAD, along with 16 universities, participated in this year's NAFSA annual conference in Washington, DC, from May 30 to June 2. The objective of the event was to showcase the Austrian higher education landscape and provide the institutions with an opportunity to establish fresh alliances and strengthen existing ones. A panel chaired by the OeAD together with the Central Michigan University and the Medical University of Graz was dedicated to the topic "Fostering Strategic US-Europe Cooperation with Erasmus+". Furthermore, a poster highlighting the integration of refugees into higher education in Austria was displayed in collaboration with the FH JOANNEUM.
