The speakers will introduce available national and institutional support structures and programmes, as well as sharing experiences on migrating the research and resilience. Moreover, it will introduce a contact point for guidance in supporting recognition of qualifications for people who gained professional qualifications abroad.

About the project:
The Career Advancement for Refugee Researchers in Europe (CARe) project is a 24-month Horizon2020 Science for Refugees project. The aim of the project is to support the integration of refugee scientists into the European labour market by providing coordinated, tailored and country-specific information in the respective countries. The core consortium of the project consists of the ACA Secretariat (coordinator in Belgium), the DAAD (Germany) and EDUFI (Finland). The Advisory Board is made up of various international experts such as SAIA (Slovakia), Norcore (Norway) and the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation as the German section of the Scholars at Risk Network (SAR) and the IIE Scholar Rescue Fund (SRF). The OeAD has contributed as a national expert for the country guide for Austria.
