The OeAD annual report for the anniversary year 2021 has been published. It shows by means of milestones the OeAD’s most important steps from 1961 up to the creation of the national agency for education and internationalisation of the federal government.
The renaming to “OeAD – Agency for Education and Internationalisation” set a clear signal for our further development. The takeover of Erasmus+ Youth and the European Solidarity Corps as well as the start of Digital Learning and the incorporation of the association _erinnern.at_ also took place last year.
Moreover, despite COVID-19, the OeAD was able to implement a broad range of EU and national funding programmes: In 2021 the OeAD managed more than 18,000 mobility activities and 3,000 cooperation projects.
