Safeguarding Policy
The OeAD Safeguarding Policy must be adhered to for all activities and events funded or commissioned by the OeAD or compliance must be ensured through appropriate measures.
If you perceive or experience a suspected serious violation of the OeAD's Safeguarding Policy (PDF) as a participant in a measure funded or commissioned by the OeAD, you can leave a message in the reporting system or write us an e-mail. However, please bear in mind that your first point of contact is always the contact person of the measure/event you attended unless the relationship of trust with the contact person has been severely damaged.
OeAD recommendation on the creation of institutional safeguarding policies:
All OeAD funding recipients and contractors are recommended to create and implement their own safeguarding policy to ensure the protection of all participants in the funded and commissioned measures. Institutions that have been awarded the Child Protection Concept quality label already meet the necessary safeguarding standards. In this case a separate safeguarding policy is not necessary.
