Strengthening the (innovation) competence of education systems and institutions.

The OeAD supports the development of education systems through international exchange and the promotion of transnational mobility. In doing so, the OeAD works at the interface between national and European educational developments and provides support with programmes that promote exchange between educational establishments and institutions. A particular aim is to strengthen the innovative capacity of education systems and promote quality assurance. At the same time, the OeAD is committed to equal access to education and lifelong learning.
