Absence from your study/research place

• Disbursement of the scholarship
• Check in - Accommodation
• Registration of your place of residence
• Residence permit
• Events

If you are away from your study/research place for more than a week (because of study/research purposes or for private reasons) it has to be confirmed beforehand from your academic supervisor and your responsible Regional Office needs to be informed. This also applies to non-lecture days.

In the absence of more than 14 days your programme officer of the OeAD will be informed and your scholarship will be reduced (if necessary).
