Some time before the end of your scholarship stay you will receive an e-mail by your Regional Office with a detailed explanation about all necessary steps at the end of your stay.

Please note that the scientific report or the necessary final documents have to be uploaded in the online portal of the OeAD.

Access to the Online Portal

You received the registration link to the online portal along with your scholarship award documents (Letter of Award). If not yet done, please select a username and password. A detailed manual to our online portal and all steps to be completed can be found here.
