In the vocational education and training systems in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Serbia, too, the focus is on further strengthening different forms of learning in companies and on good coordination between the two places of learning, schools and companies. This is where the new OeAD regional project comes in. Cooperation and communication processes between schools and companies are standardised according to need, the competence of work practice coordinators as interfaces between schools and companies is strengthened, and the introduction of quality development mechanisms is supported.

Representatives of the relevant ministries of education, vocational training agencies, schools of vocational education and training and social partners met in Neum (16 & 16 June), Bar (20 June) and Belgrade (22 June) for the respective national kick-off events for the new OeAD regional project.
