New study module “Austria” at the University of Banská Bystrica.

In the academic year 2017/18 the former Franz Werfel-grantee Eva Höhn established a new study module at the philosophical department of the University in Banská Bystrica, Slovakia. Within this study module students learn more about Austrian culture and literature after 1945 in a historical and political context. Eva Höhn was a Werfel grantee in 1992/93 at the University in Vienna. She teaches European cultural studies at her University and is a specialist on Austrian literature after world war two and on Austrian contemporary literature.
