France currently holds the EU Council Presidency. A particular focus is on European education programmes. The OeAD’s managing director Jakob Calice exchanged points of view with the ambassador Gilles Pécout and the French Cultural Institute. Ernst Gesslbauer and Ursula Panuschka from the OeAD’s Erasmus+ team as well as Gerhard Volz, head of the Department for International Cooperation in Higher Education, were also present.
