France Excellence Europe Scholarships

New scholarship program makes it possible to study at a master's level at a French higher education institution.

Developed by the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs and launched on the occasion of the French Presidency of the Council of the European Union, the "France Excellence Europe" scholarship program enables students from 26 EU countries to receive a scholarship to study at a master's level at a French higher education institution.
