UNESCO chair at the Carinthia UAS starts MA degree in natur conservation in the 21 century

The new study programme combines the environment, ecology and sustainability for work in protected areas.

The Carinthia University of Applied Sciences was the first university of applied sciences in Austria to receive a chair that focuses on "Management of Conservation Areas" from UNESCO. The internationally oriented master’s program “Management of Conservation Areas” with students from all over the world will start this winter semester 2021 as the first study program of this chair.
