Review: Alumni Meeting in Shanghai

Approximately 130 members of the Austrian alumni network in China celebrated 50 years of diplomatic relations between China and Austria and 60 years OeAD with the OeAD and the Austrian consulate general on 17 July 2021 in Shanghai.

The Austrian alumni network in China consists of approximately 800 people who continue the contact with Austria established through a study or research stay in Austria within the framework of this alumni network. They are supported by the OeAD Cooperation Office in Shanghai that works in cooperation with the Austrian embassy to expand this network through regular networking meetings. Mag. Alexandra Wagner, head of the OeAD Cooperation Office in Shanghai, also expressed special thanks to the Austrian companies and the Austrian foreign trade office that sponsored this year's event.
