Since it was founded in 2016, the FHStartup Center has been the first point of contact for students, alumni and researchers interested in starting a business. As diverse as the study options at the Salzburg University of Applied Sciences are, the startups are just as varied and interdisciplinary. The ideas of the startups founded in the five years range from multimedia platforms and EdTech apps, data transmission systems for the energy industry, to new ways of using wood as a high-tech material, to blockchain-based certification systems.
