Online-Forum on Higher Education Cooperation between Taiwan and Austria

The virtual event will be held in cooperation between the Education Department of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Bureau, the Federal Ministry of Education, Science and Research (BMBWF) and the OeAD. At the online forum cooperation activities in higher education between Taiwanese and Austrian educational institutions will be presented. Presentations will cover topical areas such as measures taken at universities in the context of Covid-19, post-pandemic education outlook, and digitalisation trends in education.

Within the framework of the event the extension of the Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in the Field of Higher Education between the Ministry of Education (Taiwan) and the Federal Ministry of Education, Science and Research (BMBWF) will be signed.

Following the forum, the second call for project funding between Taiwanese and Austrian higher education institutions will be announced.
