Mangement for Change

The aim of the OeAD’s new project "Management for Change – Leadership skills of school management teams for successful implementation of school development processes" is to develop a further education course for school management teams to strengthen their skills in designing and implementing change processes in schools.

In cooperation with the University College of Teacher Education Lower Austria and the Moldovan NGO Pro Didactica modules on leadership, change management and quality development are developed in coordination with three centres of excellence for vocational education and training. The three centres of excellence for vocational education and training will be supported in offering the continuing education and training programmes developed to all vocational education and training institutions in the Republic of Moldova in the future, thus enabling sustainable integration in the system.
