An afternoon at the Weltmuseum Wien

events4scholars, in cooperation with EURAXESS Meeting Point VIENNA, hosted a guided tour of the Weltmuseum Wien on March 16. The museum possesses one of the world's leading ethnographic collections and reopened its permanent exhibition to visitors in the autumn of last year after extensive critical revisions.

Thanks to EURAXESS Meeting Point VIENNA visitors were also able to bring children between the ages of 7 and 12 who were taken care of separately and were given their own guided tour of the museum.

After the tour there was also the opportunity for networking in the COOK Café and Bistro, the restaurant in the World Museum. events4scholars regularly organizes events for incoming OeAD scholarship holders.
