The Federal Ministry of Education, Science and Research and the Federal Ministry of Labor and Economic Affairs cordially invite you to submit projects. The offers for the prevention of extremism, which are aimed at schools as well as young people and young adults in labor market policy offers of the Public Employment Service(AMS), can be submitted from April 24 to May 22, 2024. The main topics are:
- Democracy, diversity, values and civil courage
- Human rights, discrimination and sensitization to prejudice
- Extremist groups and ideologies
- Conflict resolution and violence prevention
- Media literacy and conspiracy theories
- Middle East conflict, anti-Semitism
- Radicalization processes
The projects are monitored and evaluated by the Department of Migration and Globalization at the University for Continuing Education Krems and the Austrian Institute for International Affairs, while the OeAD is responsible for the organizational implementation.
