How we work

We are a non-profit agency.

The OeAD carries out its activities exclusively according to the principles of non-profit orientation. As a state agency that is mainly financed by public funds we are committed to the common good.

We think entrepreneurially and act on our own responsibility.

As a non-profit-oriented limited liability company (GmbH) the OeAD is also bound by economic principles. This is clearly reflected in the professionalisation of management and controlling by using modern management tools, in a cost-conscious and efficient way of working and in the acquisition of projects. Acting on our own responsibility is one of the OeAD’s principles.

We work in a service-oriented manner with our stakeholders.

We implement goals together with our stakeholders and interest groups and work together as equals. Service orientation, customer friendliness and advisory competence are among the OeAD’s great strengths.
