‘Together. Local. Research.’ - Inspiration for citizen science projects in the city

The new book ‘Together. Local. Research. Insights, tips and practical examples from the competition: On your marks! Citizen Science in your city’ offers a wealth of experience reports and practical tips for successfully realising local citizen science projects.

The book presents results and insights from the competition ‘Auf die Plätze! Citizen Science in your city’ competition, which promotes innovative research projects in which citizens are actively involved in science. The competition is a joint project of Wissenschaft im Dialog and the Museum für Naturkunde Berlin in collaboration with the citizen science platform ‘mit:forschen! Creating knowledge together’.

From project planning and the involvement of local communities to success stories, the publication provides practical guidance for anyone who would like to initiate a citizen science project themselves.
