Digital Lunchbreak by mit:forschen!

Last year, the German platform “mit:forschen!” awarded the “Knowledge of the Many - Research Prize for Citizen Science” to three outstanding publications for the second time. The prize is intended to highlight the potential of the citizen science approach and strengthen the recognition of participatory research in the scientific community.

During the digital lunch break on March 7, the award winners will provide insights into their work. The focus will be on the evaluation categories of the prize: Knowledge gain, charisma and ethics. The award winners have worked with citizens on research into water ecology, the development of a digital platform for care structures in old age and ancient Roman boats.
