Accessibility Statement

The OeAD – Austria’s Agency for Education and Internationalisation is committed to making its websites accessible in accordance with the federal act regarding accessibility of websites and mobile applications of the federal government (Austrian Web Accessibility Act, BGBl. I. Nr. 59/2019 as amended).

Due to the exception contained in section 2(3)(d) of the Web Accessibility Act, which is specified in the following points – online maps and map services, provided that in the case of maps essential information is provided digitally in an accessible manner for navigation purposes – these websites partially conform to compliance level AA of the “Web Content Accessibility Guidelines – WCAG 2.1” of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C)’s Web Accessibility Initiative or the applicable European standard according to the Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and the Council.
