In the ‘Wissen was wirkt’ programme, the Impact Unit provides comprehensive materials and a further training programme. The entire programme is aimed at communicators, communicating researchers, decision-makers and sponsors of science communication.
Interested parties can currently apply for the further education programme for evaluation consultants. This multiplier programme ‘Knowing what works’ of the Impact Unit is primarily designed for employees in communication departments at scientific institutions. The programme provides participants with practical insights into evidence-based methods of research communication. The aim of the training programme is to impart in-depth knowledge of impact-oriented science communication and its evaluation in four modules that build on each other. In addition, the focus is on long-term exchange between participants and the development of potential counselling and support services at the respective institutions. The first module will take place in Berlin, all others virtually.
Further information and registration are available on the Impact Unit website. A virtual information session will take place on 20 February from 12:00 to 13:00.
