Citizen Science meets Citizen Art at the “Circus of Knowledge”. Awakening enthusiasm and curiosity for research and scientific discovery at an early age and encouraging young people to see themselves as changemakers and active agents is the central objective of the project. By combining art, science and education and actively involving citizen science, the project sees the potential to shape sustainable education and promote the implementation of innovative methods in the long term.
The conference, which was attended by over 100 interested participants, focused on linking art and science, art-integrated teaching and the promotion of creativity in education and research projects. The program included keynotes and practice-oriented workshops that highlighted innovative approaches and interdisciplinary collaboration. Teachers, researchers, students and artists interested in the exciting combination of art and science were invited.
