Shop opening hours
In the cities the shops as a rule are open from Mondays to Fridays 9.00-18.00, on Saturdays 9.00-12.00, some also until 17.00. Some shops close for lunch (12-14). Grocery shops often open before 8 o’clock and close at 19.00. In the big tourist centres the shops are also open on weekends. Banks are usually open from Mondays to Fridays 8-15.
