Proceedings of the European Citizen Science Conference 2024

For the first time, the European ECSA conference was merged with the Austrian Citizen Science Conference (ÖCSK) and therefore offered sessions and workshops in both English and German.

The proceedings of this double conference have now been published online under an open access license. The 42 English-language contributions provide an insight into the results of the conference sessions, which dealt with various aspects of citizen science research under the motto ‘Change’. In addition to insights into specific projects, questions relating to target groups, research policy and European cooperation were also addressed. The entire publication is available for download on Pensoft.
