Exhibition on multilingualism in public spaces in Vienna

At the opening in the Wissens°raum of the ScienceCenter-Netzwerk association in Vienna, researchers from the VisibLL project met interested visitors and provided insights into citizen science research. In the project, pupils document and analyse multilingualism in public spaces.

This exhibition, which runs until the end of June 2024 (with free admission), illustrates the exciting project results from the first year of the project. The exhibition was co-designed by pupils from the project partner schools.

Visitors to the exhibition have the opportunity to learn about and reflect on the diversity of languages in public spaces. A heightened awareness of the "Linguistic Lanscape" in your own environment is guaranteed after visiting the exhibition!

The Wissens°raum is always open on Friday 15:00-18:00 and on Saturday 10:00-18:00.
