Call for Proposals for Forum Citizen Science 2024 is open

Bürger schaffen Wissen and the University of Hamburg invite you to the 7th Forum Citizen Science on 9 and 10 October 2024. The annual conference offers the German-speaking citizen science community a platform for discussion, exchange of experience and networking. Interested parties can help shape the programme with their own contributions via the Call for Proposals.

Under the motto "Mit:Wirkung" (participation), this year's programme aims to emphasise that participation is the principle of Citizen Science and that public participation in knowledge generation is central. At the same time, "Mit:Wirkung" (having impact) points to the core concern of conducting research that has a transformative effect on participants, society, science and politics.

Various formats can be submitted on the Bürger schaffen Wissen website until 6 May 2024, including workshops, short presentations and posters.
