With the Medical University of Innsbruck joining, the Alliance for Responsible Science already counts 53 institutions from the fields of education, science, research and practice among its members! We are pleased that the interest in the Responsible Science objectives is so great.

The motto of the Alliance for Responsible Science is "Taking Responsibility Together." The Vice Rector of the Medical University of Innsbruck, Prof. Dr.in rer. nat. Christine Bandtlow, interprets this motto at your institution as follows:

"The Medical University of Innsbruck is the most important medical research and educational institution in Western Austria. Scientific research and its application to maintain and sustainably strengthen the health of society are our primary goals. Taking on health challenges forms the basis for a society in harmony with its values and needs."
