In 2021, ScienceComm is taking place in Switzerland already for the tenth time. The conference serves the networking of actors in science communication and the exchange of experiences of the three language and cultural regions. This year, the annual conference follows the motto "Science Communication in a Period of Crisis".

Under the title "Ooops! What's wrong? When Science Communication Fails", Petra Siegele from the OeAD Center for Citizen Science will lead a session that is all about mistakes and failures in digital science communication. The goal of the Failure Session is to learn together from mistakes and laugh about them.
