Call for Proposals for Austrian Citizen Science Conference 2022 is now online

The 7th ÖCSK will take place from February 23 – 25, 2022 in Dornbirn (Vorarlberg) and thus in the four-country corner Austria-Switzerland-Liechtenstein-Germany. The event is open to researchers from all disciplines and backgrounds as well as Citizen Scientists. The Call for Proposals is already online. Contributions can be submitted from October 1 to November 5, 2021.

Questions to be focused on include:

• Why should I sacrifice my free time and participate in a research project?
• What benefits can I derive for myself/my family/my district/my local council from Citizen Science?
• Why should I, as a scientist, let interested people actively participate in my research?
• Why should I as a funding organization support Citizen Science projects?
