News from the Citizen Science Award 2021: First workshop for the new projects

After the selection of the new Citizen Science Award projects, the Center for Citizen Science organized the first joint workshop with the projects at the end of January. The focus was on the individual projects and their planned co-research opportunities. The OeAD team presented the timeline until the award ceremony in autumn, the press work on the part of the OeAD and the lessons learned from the past Citizen Science Awards.

As a next step until the co-research period, a Citizen Science Award folder, which will be sent to all schools in Austria, will be designed, and the projects will be presented on the Young Science website.
