The Ludwig Boltzmann Society's OIS Center launches new project database with regard to priority setting.

Jointly setting research priorities with stakeholders helps to identify blind spots in science for which crucial evidence is still missing and helps to use scarce resources (money, time, manpower) effectively to achieve the greatest possible impact. By co-creating a shared research agenda, collective accountability is established and research and science are ultimately brought closer together.

Tool "The Priority Setting Project Database"

The Project Database provides a comprehensive overview of priority setting projects in research worldwide. Project descriptions provide specific insights into the structure, methodology, and stakeholders involved. All priority setting projects for which research priorities were collected from non-research stakeholders (i.e., patients, consumers, healthcare professionals, policy makers, funders) and for which an English process description is available are included in the database.
