Register now for CitSciHelvetia 2023 in Solothurn (CH)

From March 29 and 30, the second Swiss Citizen Science Conference 2023 will take place at the Landhaus Solothurn.

The Swiss Citizen Science Conference takes place every two years and serves primarily as a forum for exchange between the Swiss research and citizen science community.

Conference motto

In 2023, the conference will be held under the motto "Citizen Science - Impact through Participation!" with the following focal points:

  • Basics of impact contexts and impact logic
  • Impact of Citizen Science in research, society, nature/environment, economy, politics
  • Instruments and practical approaches for planning, measuring, assessing and communicating impact
  • Strategies for the promotion of an impact-oriented Citizen Science

Programm

In January the provisional program was published. Petra Siegele, the head of the OeAD Center for Citizen Science, will be also there. She will give a presentation on the second day of the conference entitled "On the trail of Sparkling Science: Effects of a Citizen Science funding program".

You can register for the conference until March 8, 2023.
