From February to April, various workshops, lectures and guided tours will be held as an introduction to citizen science.

As a preliminary program to the Austrian Citizen Science Conference, which will be held at Johannes Kepler University Linz from April 19 to 21, 2023, a Citizen Science Day will be held every month from February to April at the Ars Electronica Center. This offers different program points for old and young and provides insight into how citizens can contribute to scientific research.

The citizen science open workshop "Toolbox for Civil Investigation - Focus on Environmental Crimes" will present investigative methods and apps that interested parties can use to track down environmental crimes. The topics are diverse. There is something for everyone!
