"PopUp dorms" win gold medal for affordable living

The worldwide FIABCI WORLD PRIX D'EXCELLENCE AWARD 2019 in the category of "affordable living" went to the OeAD Housing Office and home4students’ PopUp dorms in the Seestadt Aspern in Vienna. This is the first time in its history that this coveted real estate award has been brought to Vienna. The "World Gold Winners" proved with this extraordinary student hall of residence that climate-friendly sustainable building in passive house standard can even be considerably cheaper than conventional building.
