The OeAD Housing office is a 100% subsidiary of the OeADand offers - as a non-profit company - accomodation for about 12.000 international students annually in OeAD-Guesthouses and other student accommodations in Vienna, Graz, Salzburg, Innsbruck, Linz and Klagenfurt. They all enjoy the nature, culture, events and regional cuisine that Austria has to offer.
The OeAD Housing office also has a strong focus on "Green Buildings": They offer eight dorms built as passive houses for international students, using solar energy through photo voltaic systems.
