Sparkling-Science-Spotlight with “DIAG_NOSE” und “MultilinguA.I.”

On June 12, project representatives from two Sparkling Science projects will share their experiences, describe their objectives and pass on initial lessons learned. Afterwards, there will be ample space for questions, suggestions and exchange.

DIAG_NOSE:

The project aims to make allergy diagnostics more accurate and simpler by identifying markers in non-invasive molecular biological samples, through nasal secretions and saliva tests. This will help those affected and the healthcare system. In addition, young people, various educational institutions and society will be involved.

MultilinguA.I.:

Large language models in foreign language teaching, using the example of French and Chinese as target languages, and how they can be used, are the focus of “MultilinguA.I.”. In addition to the opportunities, the risks of using LLMs in the classroom are also being researched. The two participating vocational partner schools (HAK) in Vienna and Lower Austria were selected due to their affinity for research.
