Finding new ways to relieve stress and strengthen resilience Resilience is the ability to adapt well to difficult situations and circumstances. In this workshop OeAD scholarship holders will learn about what defines resilience and how they can build on it in your day-to-day life.

Together we exchange your experiences and look at ways to maintain a positive attitude, stay healthy and find strategies to develop our own mindfulness and relaxation practice.

Our Trainer is Margret Steixner: Is an intercultural trainer and coach and an experienced facilitator of intercultural teambuilding sessions.(
