Highlights of Vienna's Historic City Center 

We warmly invite you to join us on a special walking tour that explores the fascinating layers of Vienna's history. Together, we'll wander through the medieval heart of the city, and admire the stunning imperial buildings that showcase Vienna's importance as the Habsburg dynasty's home until 1918.

But it's not just the historic architecture that makes Vienna's inner city special. You'll also get to experience the famous coffeehouse culture and hear intriguing stories about the notable Austrians and Europeans who have left their mark on culture, music, art, and science.

We hope you'll join us for this unique chance to dive into Vienna's rich history and vibrant cultural heritage.

Meeting time: 14:45

Meeting point: University of Vienna, outside the main building; Universitaetsring 1, next to the U2 station Schottentor

End of the tour: Saint Stephen´s Cathedral, next to U1/U3 station Stephansplatz

We kindly ask you to register by 3rd June 2024. The registration will be closed by 4 June or when there are no more places available. (maximum 29) 

Additionally, please pay the fee of €5 in cash until May 31st at the OeAD Regional Office Vienna to complete the registration. Please note that no change can be given.
