During the 9-month research stay at the Vienna University of Technology I learned a new scientific software, I had access to the latest literature and all facilities, which were needed to develop the first precise GPS-based ionosphere model for the region of Bosnia and Herzegovina. With this project, I aim to develop the gene-editing facility for not only this fungus but for the wider scientific research community and further understanding of previously unknown or little-known biological mechanisms.
