APPEAR III - New programm phase begins in December 2020

The OeAD is pleased to announce that the successful APPEAR programme will continue. The Austrian Development Cooperation’s Agency has commissioned the OeAD-GmbH to implement the third phase, which starts on December 1st, 2020. The programme will run for seven years, until November 2027. The revision of the programme design and the preparation for the next call have already started.

Summary at the end of the programme phase: More than 24,000 euros spent on climate protection

For more than five years APPEAR has been actively engaged in fighting climate change by supporting climate protection projects of the BOKU Competence Center for Climate Neutrality. During this period more than 24,000 euros have been spent on different initiatives in Uganda, Ethiopia, Nepal and Costa Rica.
