Sustainability is an important concern for the OeAD. That is why we are holding this event as an eco-event!
Arrival: Please travel by public transport or bicycle! There are sufficient bicycle spaces available.
All costs associated with the seminar (accommodation, meals, leisure program) will be covered directly by OeAD as part of Erasmus+ training and cooperation activities (TCA).The reimbursement of travel costs will be based on the costs actually incurred, whereby the cheapest travel option must always be chosen, usually by public transport (2nd class train ticket). If no evidence of the travel costs actually incurred is presented (e.g. because a climate ticket is available), the billing can be done using a transport allowance.
