I understand that my participation in the workshop is voluntary, and I can withdraw from the event and the RIECS-Concept project at any time. My contributions to the workshop will only be processed after being anonymised.

I consent to the recording of the workshop in full or in parts for internal documentation purposes. The recordings will not be shared with third parties and will not be published.

I consent to the RIECS-Concept consortium using photographs and/or screen shots including images of me, both internally and externally, to promote the project.
