The Eurasia-Pacific Uninet (EPU), which supports scientific exchange between Austrian higher education institutions and partner institutions in East, Central and South Asia, approved 15 project proposals and a clinical internship programme in June.
The submitted projects cover a wide range of disciplines, including restoration, geology and music. The aim of the projects is to strengthen international cooperation and further expand intercultural knowledge exchange.
With the approved clinical internship programme medical students will now also have the possibility to gain valuable international experience during practical training stays in China.
Since its foundation in 2000 EPU has promoted scientific cooperation and is a key player in the internationalisation of Austrian higher education.
