Webinar: “Who are your stakeholders?”
Stakeholder management in participatory research
The interactive webinar offered by the LBG OIS Center introduces key methods of stakeholder management. Participants learn how to systematically identify relevant actors, analyze their perspectives and interests, and visualize relationships and networks. Using practical visualization tools (e.g., stakeholder mapping), methods are tested and insights into prioritization are provided.
The focus is on the following questions:
- Who are the relevant stakeholders for my project?
- What perspectives and interests do they bring to the table?
- What role do they play in the success of the project?
- How do I decide who should be involved, when, and how?
The webinar is aimed at anyone who works with social groups or would like to design participatory, transdisciplinary research.
