Understanding Dimensions, Types, and Practical Skills
Studying in a new country offers exciting opportunities for growth and discovery, but it can also present unique personal and emotional challenges. This workshop is designed to help international students gain a deeper understanding of well-being and how to maintain it in an academic and cross-cultural context.
Participants will:
- Explore dimensions of well-being from both global and cultural perspectives.
- Identify the different types of well-being, including physical, emotional, social, and academic.
- Develop practical skills and strategies to enhance personal resilience, balance, and overall quality of life.
This session aims to provide a supportive space for reflection, discussion, and skill-building—empowering students to thrive both personally and academically during their international study experience.
