Citizen Science Award at the Long Night of Research

My Chest of Memories presents a cross-generational research project that focuses on personal mementos and their stories. Visitors learn how individual objects become valuable sources of contemporary history and how they can actively participate in documentation and research.

The Mushroom Finder project is aimed at nature lovers and anyone who wants to learn more about the diversity of native mushrooms. Together with researchers, citizen scientists collect observation data, document findings, and thus contribute to the scientific recording and better understanding of mushroom occurrences.

During the Long Night of Research, interested parties will gain insights into the project's goals, methods, and results to date. There will also be an opportunity to talk to project managers and find out about ways to get involved.
