Austro-UK Science Alliance strengthens research collaboration between Austria and the UK

The Austro-UK Science Alliance (AUKSA) is a bilateral initiative connecting Austrian scientists based in the UK and fostering closer collaboration between Austrian and British research communities.

It was launched in spring 2025 at the Austrian Ambassador’s Residence in London.

AUKSA serves as a platform to showcase Austria’s scientific excellence internationally, strengthen research partnerships, and promote knowledge transfer between academia and industry. Through curated events, strategic dialogue, and joint initiatives, AUKSA builds lasting connections across disciplines and institutions.

The initiative is supported by the Austrian Embassy London, the Austrian Cultural Forum London, the Austrian Business Agency, ASCINA, and Advantage Austria.
